Ancient Hill is a brand new area in El Gouna which is built at the highest point of El Gouna with an amazing seaview and also view on the big lagoons infront of the apartment which were built in 2024. Makani Kitestation and Riah Kite Station are just 500 Meters away. Also the brand new Ancient Sands Golf Course (18) is directly next to Ancient Hill. The Apartment has a rooftop with 130 squaremeters and a private rooftop-pool.
