Our villa offers a sophisticated and comfortable stay in an elegant Nubian-inspired setting. The interiors are bright and airy, with generous living spaces designed for relaxation. Guests have exclusive access to a private beach with direct connection to the open sea lagoon, along with a spacious terrace and garden for quiet outdoor moments. Kayaks are available for leisurely exploration, and the fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Situated in a calm area yet close to Abu Tig Marina and Downtown, the villa provides privacy, quality, and a luxurious Red Sea experience.

The villa is located in one of El Gouna’s most desirable and exclusive areas. It is very central, with Abu Tig Marina, Downtown, beaches, restaurants, cafés, and shops and the Sea Cinema, all reachable on foot within about 10 minutes. At the same time, the neighborhood is quiet and private, made up of villas along the waterfront. The open lagoon connects directly to the Red Sea, offering exceptionally clean and calm water for swimming, kayaking, and relaxing. It’s a peaceful yet convenient setting that guests really appreciate.
