I am Canadian born Egyptian and I love Alexandria and specifically this place as I enjoy it decoration and having my coffee enjoying the fresh air and garden view in the balcony. This place is a nice place to relax in if your are looking for peace of mind Pros : Modern Safe as there are lots of security Cameras in front of the flat and building Entrance and also there is a concierge can help you ask the property manager for the concierge phone number Few minutes walk to the sea Vibrant area close to Cafes, Bakery and Supermarkets (just in front of the building ) Close to restaurants , public transport and all amenities Privacy Nice decorations Nice comfy furniture comfy Mattresses with mattress topper Balcony with Garden view Modern Bathroom with hot water , Shower cabinet and light touch mirror Fully Equipped kitchen with Stove, oven, Fridge, Kettle and Brand new full automatic washing machine. 15 to 20 from Alexandria Airport (Borg El Arab airport) Spacious Very affordable and price includes all utilities Cons: No AC but there is an excellent fan and the apartment is very close to the beach so its like having natural fresh air ad also for winter time there is heater Welcome to Hawai Building Wish you a fantastic stay :)
