PRIVATE PATIO + BEACH + SWIMMING POOL Ground floor space opens up to the elegant patio with a pool deck, shower, sunbeds and multiple seating options. There is also an outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining area and BBQ. Villa has it's private beach and the backyard covered with grass. Subtle lighting creates an elegant ambiance. SLEEPING LAYOUT The villa easily accommodates up to 10 people. On the 1st floor, there is a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bathroom with a shower. There is another queen-size bed bedroom and also a family room with 2 single beds connected and single bunk bed above. Bathroom with the shower is located centrally. On the second floor there is another queen size bed master bedroom ensuite with plenty of storage space and a private balcony. The bathroom offers both a shower and a bath tub. 5th bedroom is a single bed bedroom with a small bathroom with shower exclusively located on the ground level, near the front door.
