The property is simple clean, near the marina nightlife and downtown where all the local restaurants are situated. South Marina is a safe, quiet gated compound with security and has access to a communal pool situated underneath the apartment. We do not havecfacilities for babies and do not accept children under the age of 16. We dont accept groups under the age of 25. Please also be aware for your safety and those of residents everyone entering El gouna needs to send to the relevant parties copies of passport or ID details. If you do not do so you may not be able to enter El Gouna or you may get held up at the entrance of el gouna whilst security do safe checks. This is for the safety of residents and tourists! Gouna needs to be aware who is here, where and when for everyone’s wellbeing. Please respect the rules of the city and enjoy your stay 🤩🙏 this property does have Wi-Fi and internet access
