Located on LA FOSSA BEACH PROMENADE, the apartment is FRONT LINE UNOBSTUCTED VIEWS. Located on Calle Gregal. During summer months there is a SPAR grocery store next to the building on same street. A restaurant below named SPASSO with great food / pizza and drinks (DINE IN & TAKE AWAY). The area if full of great restaurants and bars, walking trails, bike lanes and endless outdoor activities at your door step. Street parking only & Pool 120m adjacent building.
