Our beautiful attic offers everything necessary to enjoy an unforgettable stay. With spectacular views of the bay and the mountain, and with the Sardina del Norte beach just a few steps away, this 120 m² accommodation combines spaciousness, comfort and a privileged location in the north of Gran Canaria. The apartment has 3 bedrooms: the main one with a double bed of 150 cm, a second individual bedroom with a 90 cm bed and desk, and a third room with a trundle bed. It is equipped with a full bathroom, balcony, wifi, satellite TV, washing machine and a free garage in the same building. The kitchen is well equipped, allowing guests to enjoy the convenience of preparing their own meals. The main protagonist of the attic is its private 60 m² terrace on the roof, a unique space designed for relaxation and socialising. Here you will find a spacious sofa, sunbathing area, sink, outdoor shower, toilet and panoramic views of the sea and mountain that turn each moment into a special experience. Additionally, the apartment has a garden, barbecue and outdoor furniture that complement the offer. The guests also have access to a communal pool with a jacuzzi and sun loungers, perfect for cooling off or relaxing under the sun. Sardina del Norte is a former fishing neighborhood in the municipality of Gáldar, perfect for those seeking peace by the sea. Its small beach of sand and pebbles, sheltered from the wind, is ideal for year-round swimming and one of the island’s best spots for snorkeling and diving thanks to clear waters and volcanic seabeds full of life. Along the pier and seafront promenade you’ll find simple seafood eateries and bars where you can enjoy the catch of the day and papas con mojo at sunset. Nearby you can mix sea and nature: 10–15 minutes away are Gáldar (Cueva Pintada and historic center), Agaete and Puerto de las Nieves with its natural pools, and Santa María de Guía with its “queso de flor” cheese. Hikers and runners love the coastal paths toward El Agujero and El Frontón, and scenic lookouts with views of Mount Teide on clear days.
