Company information

We’re a small, international team based in Jávea. We manage Casa Tosca year-round; during winter, our on-site team handles daily operations and guest care. We are Peter and Suzanne, Yeimy and Sergio, Angela and Adrian, should you meet one of us around.

Property information

The house is in the center of the old town on a corner street. It is made of tosca stone, which gives it a special warm feeling. Built some 300 years ago it was fully renovated before we bought the house in 2017. It has 4 apartments and 1 room. The Terrace on the top floor is shared by all the guests.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is very safe. The histrionic house is within 5 minutes walk to excellent gastronomic restaurants , the market, the shops and the old village square . The apartment is within 20 minutes walk to the sea , 4 km to the family friendly L’Arenal beach with great restaurants and nightclubs . Multiple festivals and parades are often the theme of the week in the old town. The wonderful colourful Spanish character, culture and traditions make Javea a fantastic holiday destination. My favorites around the village Embruix, La Parilla del Cellar, Temblor and of course La Cajita. On the beach, it is always nice to have breakfast at La Siesta or good Indian food at the Port. As for events, visit the Tourist center in the morning, it is close by near the church.
