The bathroom is on the first floor of the house with 10 stairs and includes a ample shower space which is non slip and with a sliding door, also with toilet and sink with mirror. A single bedroom next door with 2 large wardrobes for your clothes and accessories. This bedroom is solely for wardrobe use at the moment. All in all a lovely quiet townhouse close to everything but not too far away from the main tourist attractions. La valdarenas beach is 20 minutes and Cordoba beach 1 hour away, photos in photi gallery. Marbella and Gibralter 2hrs approx. Just 5 minutes walk are 2 tennis courts, swimming pools and town centre. Rute is a royal nice town. Alot of people keep themselves to themselves but seem friendly enough. The town is a bit cosmopolitan with some English resuding there. There is lots to do in Rute and it is not far from other cities and towns with bus services too. Rute is one hour from malaga airport, Granada, Cordoba, 1 .5 hirs to marbella, 2 hours to gibralter and Almeria. It's in a great location with all amenities nearby. A swimming pool 5 minute walk from townhouse and beach 15 minutes drive, catch the bus, hike or cycle there too. Tennis courts and athletes paradise aswell as footballers! Enjoy!
