Gracias a su ubicación, desde nuestro apartamento podrás disfrutar a pie de toda la ciudad.
Tiene acceso a tiendas, restaurantes, bares, y ofrece una cercanía andando a todos los lugares de interés del centro de la ciudad.
El Mercado de la Esperanza esta a 200m.

Dispone de salón-dormitorio abierto, con una cama de matrimonio y con un amplio sofá-cama.
Cocina y cuarto de baño con plato de ducha.
Ideal para 2 o 4 personas, familias-parejas o amigos que quieren pasar una estancia cómoda en Santander.
En caso necesario en el altillo disponemos un colchón de 135cm, lo que podrás usar también.
No disponemos horno, ni lavadora. Lavandería encontrarás a 50m de nuestra casa.
Parking zona azul en las calles de los alrededores, parking subterráneo en Plaza Numancia y plaza del Ayuntamiento.
