This house is located in the Novamar 2 Urbanization, in the lower area of Gran Alacant. It offers air-conditioned in living room and bedrooms, a communal pool, and a private garden of 32 m2. It has direct street access without needing to enter the urbanization. The complex includes a tennis court and playgrounds for children, free street parking, and WiFi. Perfect for family vacations. The two-story bungalow features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio terrace for outdoor enjoyment. Towels and bed linen are provided. This property requires a deposit of 300.00 Euros. which must be given in cash at the time of check-in and will be returned at the time of check-out. For stays of 10 days or less, it will be considered a Tourist Accommodation – Tourism Contract. For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a Seasonal Rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, requiring the signing of a seasonal rental contract. Electricity: Voltage: 230 V, Frequency: 50 Hz, Plugs: Type F. The accommodation price includes a daily consumption of 20 kw per day, extra consumption will be charged in cash at euros 0.40 per kw.
