This 79 square meter apartment is ideal for up to 6 people, located at 200 meters (3 minutes walk) from Playa Levante, and less than a 5 minutes walk from the central area of Santa Pola, near supermarkets, restaurants and beach bars. You will find at your disposal two rooms, a bathroom and a balcony. Its living room offers a perfect space to relax after spending a day visiting the beach. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. The apartment has two rooms: the first one has a double bed and a television; and the second one has four single beds (only available for reservations for 3 people or more). The second room is only available for reservations for 3 or more people. The bathroom is located outside the rooms, has a shower and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge, oven, stove, kettle, pots, pans, glasses, plates and cutlery; while the living room has a television and access to the private terrace. It is advisable not to consume the tap water due to the high mineralization of the region, which is why you can find two bottles of water in the fridge, along with a couple of bottles of Spanish wine (courtesy of the house).

I'm Venezuelan. I live in Madrid, but I love the beach, so I escape to the Alicante coast whenever I can. I have an apartment in Santa Pola, province of Alicante, which I manage along with my parents, who live in the area.

The apartment is located in the center east of Santa Pola, a quiet residential area, with little noise at night, but very well located. It is just 3 minutes walking from Levante Beach and less than 2 minutes from the beginning of the beach bars and restaurants area. In the same zone, there is a Mercadona supermarket, leader brand in Spain, and a Dialprix supermarket, which has a wide variety of national and international products, as well as pharmacies, greengrocers, etc. On the other hand, after walking only 6 minutes it is possible to reach the historic center, which has the Santa Pola Castle. Or, after 10 minutes walking, you can reach the port, which has a maritime boulevard full of bars, restaurants and shops.
