Check-in: At the time of booking, guests must inform the property of their expected arrival time. The guest must agree on a specific arrival time according to the host's availability.

Bed preparation: Guests must notify which beds they would like to use. The number of beds prepared will depend on the number of guests included in the reservation.

For 2 guests, please specify whether you prefer a double bed or twin beds, and if you would like them in the same room or in separate rooms.

Late arrival: Every 60 minutes of waiting after the agreed check-in time will incur an additional charge of €20. €10 every 30 minutes, the first 30 are free.

Check-out: Upon check-out, keys and/or remote controls will be checked. Loss of these items will incur a cost between €10 and €40 per unit, depending on the item.

Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior authorization. A deposit will be required, which depends on the type of pet. This deposit will be refunded after the stay, once it is confirmed that no damage or extra cleaning is required.

Electricity use: Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out. If the average daily consumption exceeds a reasonably high limit of 20 kW/day, the property reserves the right to charge additional costs at check-out or afterwards.

Last-minute bookings: Reservations made less than 24 hours before check-in are subject to confirmation by the property. Guests may need to arrive at a specific time, or the property may not be able to accommodate them.

Cleaning: Basic cleaning includes kitchen surface cleaning, dishwashing, and garbage disposal. These tasks must be carried out by the guests, regardless of the general cleaning performed by the property after check-out.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
