The newly constructed apartment Albamar 1A is located in the centre of Puerto de Mogán, on the second line beachfront, near the harbor which is called "Little Venice" and with a view of the fisherman's quarter and village square. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine and air conditioning. This apartment features a balcony and a private open terrace with seating furniture and a table where guests can relax and enjoy the view. Pets only upon request. Pedestrian street, not accessible by car. Solar energy. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
