Enjoy a wonderful stay in our flat, ideally located just 200 metres from the beautiful beach of Port de Pollença. The flat features two double bedrooms: one equipped with twin beds, and one bedroom with a double bed. It has a full bathroom with a shower. Additionally, it boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room for your convenience. The flat offers a small communal swimming pool available for a refreshing dip from 9:00 to 20:00 during the summer months. Although the pool is small, we recommend enjoying the wonderful beach, which is just a few steps away. Directly in front of the building, you will find ample free parking. The location is unbeatable, surrounded by bars, restaurants, a church, a supermarket, and a chemist's, all just a stone's throw away. On Wednesdays, you can enjoy the local market situated just 100 metres from the flat. It is important to note that the flat belongs to a quiet community. No parties or groups of under 25s are permitted.
