Salaberria is a comfortable and spacious newly renovated apartment, which has 4 spacious rooms, two of them with double beds and the other two with single beds. It consists of 2 bathrooms and a large living room-dining room so that the coexistence of 6 people is comfortable and perfect. It is located 15 minutes from La Concha beach. The rooms are all exterior. It has a long sunny balcony, and has a free private garage 150 meters from the portal. Recommended for families and groups of friends who want independent rooms.

Following the course of the Urumea River, you will enter the neighbourhood of Amara. This is one of largest neighbourhoods in the city where you can distance yourself from the tourist hustle and soak up the real atmosphere of Donostia. Amara is a neighbourhood which has many places to stroll around in and parks to relax in. One of the most pleasant parts of the neighbourhood is the path that runs next to the Urumea River. Walk along the river bank under the trees until you get to the Plaza Easo where you can sit and rest in the shade or have a quick drink in any of the terraces surrounding this area. It is not unusual to spot an interesting local occurrence. After all, this is an extremely atmospheric area. Following the same street you reach the Center, a very elegant area with traditional buildings that accompany the beach of La Concha. In this area of San Sebastián you can find most of the shops, local markets and historical monuments and you can visit the Town Hall, the Victoria Eugenia Theater or the Buen Pastor Cathedral. In addition, the streets surrounding the apartment are known for their cuisine with many quality local restaurants and pintxos bars.
