Fully Renovated Apartment with Sea Views – Welcome to Fuengirola! We are pleased to announce that the full renovation of the apartment was completed on December 19th, 2024, offering a modern, comfortable space designed to ensure an unforgettable stay. Located on the 5th floor, the apartment boasts spectacular sea and sunrise views, in one of the best areas of Fuengirola. It is spacious and features a living room with a 55" Smart TV, dining area, fully equipped open kitchen, three bedrooms (each with a 32" Smart TV), and two full bathrooms with shower and WC. Both the living room and bedrooms are fitted with ducted air conditioning, ensuring comfort all year round. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, blender, and a full set of cookware, crockery, and cutlery for 12 people. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. High-speed WiFi (1GB) is available. Comfort throughout the year: From October to April, the beds are dressed with Nordic duvets. During the warmer months, these are replaced with lighter bedspreads. Additional services: For stays longer than 9 nights, a cleaning service is included (excluding the kitchen and windows). The building has an elevator, but due to its beachfront location, there are a few steps before reaching it. A shower chair is available upon request. We genuinely care about the well-being of our guests and will be happy to assist you before, during, and after your stay. Neighbourhood information

The beach in front of the apartment is not very crowded although it is very close to the city center and the convenience of having it so close will make you enjoy it even more, it is known for not being very deep. Fuengirola has a 7km promenade and is a city with hardly any slopes, which facilitates mobility for less young people. It is very close to Malaga city (32km), it takes 45 min. with the train to the city center and you will avoid traffic and the worry of finding parking. To go to Mijas, which is only 7km away, you can take the bus at the bus station and which is only 800m from the apartment. The location of the apartment is ideal, since being an apartment on the beachfront it is also very close to the following sites: City centre = 1,100m, Bus station = 800m, Train station = 900m, Taxi rank = 150m, Public parking = 100m, Pharmacy = 300m, Private clinic Quirón = 350m, Vitas Private Clinic = 600m, Church = 1.100m, Local Police Headquarters = 1,400m, National Police Station = 1,700m, Public health centre = 2,000m, Mijas Water Park = 2,400m, Miramar Shopping Centre = 2,600m, Hipercor Mijas = 2.300m, Mercadona Supermarket = 350m, El Jamon Supermarket = 250m. There are restaurants nearby and open all year round.
