Renovated apartment located in a community with pool, 700 meters from the center and the beaches. The nearest beach is the beach of Port Pelegrí. The apartment has got a bedroom with 1 double bed, sofa, open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Ideal for couples. The maximum capacity is 2 persons. There is no private terrace but outside there is a large communal table for barbecues. On the community grounds there is free parking, but the places are not assigned. Air conditioning

Neighbourhood information

Originally a fishing village, Calella has become a small town where urban growth has been strictly controlled so that the original charm of the town has not been affected. The beach is very picturesque with several coves. Instead of high-rise apartment blocks, general emphasis is placed on small, well-planned spaces with gardens and trees. Calella has the characteristics of "the perfect place" for many people, large enough to have excellent facilities, including good restaurants, bars and shops, but small enough to avoid organized travel. Booking information: During the months of high season, July and August, the rent is always from Saturday to Saturday. The entrance is from 17:00 h and the departure is at 10:00 h in the morning. Outside of high season the entrances and exits are flexible.
