The apartment is very spacious ( 74 m2) all furniture, bathroom and kitchen is newly installed in 2024, The kitchen is fully equipped with traditional oven 4 place induction hob, big fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven with grill. The extra large bathroom is complete with a bathtub and natural stone shower plate right beside the bathtub that makes the shower plate extra spacious . There is also a bidet. The water heather is 50 liters gives enough hot water all time, There is a washing machine in the bathroom. In the living room we have a comfortable sofa that can be opened to a double bed ( 160cm x 200 cm) and a 50" flat screen TV gives entertainment. Fibraoptic internet is provided, that makes the place perfect for distance workers. It is located 2 minutes walk to Santa Catalina park, with good public transport connections to all parts of the city and to different main points of the island of Gran Canaria.

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria as a busy and lively capital gives entertainment of all type. The apartment is located 2 corners ( 50 meters) from the Santa Catalina squear that gives place to concerts and cultural programs all year around. The promenade and the iconic Canteras beach is 70 meters from the apartment with shops, shopping center, restaurants and bars perfect for a delicious outdoor dinner or lunch by the beach. It is a famous place for surfers, with several surf schools. The old town of Vegueta is simply unforgettable with Cathedral of Santa Ana, the house of Colombus is a must to see. Only walking along the old streets can make your day special. Buses are leaving form Santa Catalina bus station ( 10 minutes walk from our apartment) every half an hour to the south to spend a wonderful day on the beaches of Maspalomas, discover the unique landscape of the desertic dunas and to take a camel ride in the nature protective zone of the dunas of Maspalomas. . There is also a public bus service form the Santa Catalina bus station to Gran Canaria International airport every 30 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes to arrive to the airport by public bus, and 20 minutes by taxi.
