Welcome to my house, today yours, the apartment has everything, you just have to bring the desire to enjoy it and a smile ... Remember that today can be a great day and tomorrow too! In the accommodation you will find a guide with emergency phone numbers and other useful information. Property information

Luxurious design apartment, fully equipped with appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, iron, hair dryer) kitchenware and bathroom linen, bed. It has a large terrace only existing on floors 10, 20, 30 and 40 of the building with stunning views of the sea and the city of Benidorm. Air conditioning and heating and a parking space included in the price.

Neighbourhood information

The area is one of the areas of Benidorm with more services (Rincón del Loix) One of the arteries that crosses Benidorm Avda. Del Mediterraneo is 10 minutes walking and you will find all kinds of shops, restaurants, cafes ... as in the adjacent streets some closer. On the other hand, the Serra Gelada Natural Park is at the sword of the building!
