Apartment facing the Mediterranean sea. Cozy and bright, all exterior. It is fully equipped. Near the seaside promenade, there are leisure areas, cafes and restaurants. There is only one green space between the house and the beach. The windows, both in the living room and the kitchen, overlook directly to the sea. Second floor without elevator. You can park in the area very easily. The photos of the apartment are completely reliable.
I am 62 years old. I have two sons, 24 and 30 years old. I am a professor of secondary education and of university in Madrid, in mathematics and statistics. I like my job. My hobbies are traveling and cinema.
The apartment is next to the sea. On Tuesday, July 17, 2018, El País published an interactive map in its "El Viajero" section, with the beaches considered the best in Spain and Portugal. You can check that Puerto de Sagunto, right in front of our apartment, is on that list and this is the same in the article published by this newspaper every early summer. The title of the news is "The 450 best beaches in Spain and Portugal" so you can find it easily.
