We respond in both Spanish and English. PS: all of our apartments have a lot of flow.

Property information

The cozy, modern and quiet Gijón Playa apartment is located just 50 meters from the 12th staircase of San Lorenzo Beach. In summer, from the accommodation itself you will hear the instructions of the rescue team about the state of the sea and in no less than 2 minutes you can be stepping on the sand of Gijón's beach par excellence and walking along the San Lorenzo Wall. The apartment has free wifi service and TV with cable channels. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with a shower with a complete hydromassage column. Best of all, you will not use the car to visit Gijón, but you will need it, you have a public car park just 100 meters from the apartment. Enjoy the charm of Gijón!

Neighbourhood information

The apartment where you will stay used to be part of the beach itself, hence the name of the neighborhood in which it is located, "La Arena". It is a classic area of ​​Gijón, highly valued for living by Gijons, which borders San Lorenzo beach and the city center itself. You will be located right next to the Parque de La Fábrica del Gas and the La Arena pavilion, with a multitude of shops, cafeterias and cider houses.
