Property information

Beautiful apartment of 118m2 in front of the San Lorenzo beach. Great views of the sea front. Renovated in June 2018, it is situated on a 5th floor with elevator. It has 4 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, entrance hall and parking. A bit more information on each of the rooms: - Living room: have breakfast, lunch and dinner by the sea! Almost 40m2 to relax and enjoy the views. - Bedroom 1: Large suite with lateral views to the beach. It has a queen size bed and a full bathroom. - Bedrooms 2 and 3: Wake up looking at the sea in these two large bedrooms. Both of them are equipped with single beds. - Bedroom 4: This room is the smallest of the 4, but it is perfect for two people. We think that kids will love this room. - Kitchen: Fully equipped including dishwasher and washing machine.

Neighbourhood information

The Neighbourhood The flat is on the San Lorenzo beach promenade, surrounded by the best terraces and restaurants. You will find as well supermarkets, banks and other services like surf schools. Isabel La Catolica Park is just 4 min walk, and only 10 minutes’ walk to La Feria de Muestras or the historical centre of the city.
