100% new, opened in July 2022. Apartment with 1 bedroom with double bed, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa and TV, Wifi, Air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are not allowed. Does not include parking. Bajondillo Beach located 130 meters away. Space You have: - Washing machine. - Ironing board. - Iron. - Hair dryer. - Microwave - Large refrigerator with freezer. - Toaster. - Italian coffee maker. - "Dolce Gusto" brand capsule coffee maker. - Electric kettle. - Kitchen with ceramic hob. - Pots and pans for cooking. - Plates, glasses and cutlery. - Bedding, pillows and towels are included. - In winter, blankets for the living room and duvets for the beds are included. Services and common areas To get to the apartment from Malaga airport, you can take the C1 train to Torremolinos. It takes about 10 minutes and then about 7 minutes from the train station to the apartment on foot. A taxi from Malaga airport will take around 15 minutes depending on traffic We do not have private parking. There is free parking on the promenade (150 meters), and a paid private parking 400 meters away. Other notable aspects - Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. - Departure time: 08:00 to 11:00. - Quiet hour: 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. - Events or parties are not allowed. - Pets are not allowed. - I will contact you before your arrival, to specify the time to hand over the keys, we will meet at the entrance of the building.
