Monte Verde is a small well-known complex nicely situated in the resort of Puerto Rico, with one of the best climates in the world. Receiving guests from all Europe since 1990 and family owned and run, it´s ideal for people looking for self-catering accommodation with an excellent central location close to all the amenities of this popular resort.

Property information

We provide 1 & 2 bedroom apartments for up to 2 & 4 persons with air conditioning, free WI-FI, private bathroom with shower, lounge with sofa and flat TV, kitchenette with 2 hobs, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave, bedroom with twin beds and safety deposit box, and balcony (high floor) or terrace (ground floor) with seats and table. Some other facilities are a small outdoor swimming pool, reception with minimarket, washing machine and a pool table. For your convenience the apartments are serviced 5 times a week, fresh towels will be provided 3 times a week, and bed linen will be changed weekly.

Neighbourhood information

Ideally situated in a quiet area of the resort, it´s only 5 minutes walk to the sandy beach or the main commercial zone, within 2 minutes walk you will find the post office, tourism office, bus station, taxi stop, Orinoco clinic, pharmacy, dentist, supermarket, restaurants, etc... The express bus from/to the airport (line 91, 50 minutes) is only 2 minutes walk from the apartments. Free public parking is available at the surroundings.
