The newly built Roses Platja Apartments are the perfect solution for a family or friends vacation on the Costa Brava. Its large south-facing terraces, with sun all day, its beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, the possibility of an underground garage and the availability of free Wi-Fi, have been designed to make the most of your stay. The Roses Platja Apartments are distributed on the ground floor and 4 floors and are ideal to accommodate from 2 to a maximum of 5 people. Each 50m² accommodation is fully furnished and equipped with all the elements to facilitate your comfort. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed or the other with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer, an open room with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed and a 17m² terrace. They have air conditioning, safe, flat screen TV and fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, etc. Both breakfast and dinner are served at the Buffet Restaurant of the Hotel Spa Mediterraneo Park 4* (50 meters of the apartments).
The Roses Platja Apartments are located in a quiet area of ​​Santa Margarita, 150m from the beach and a 10-minute walk from Roses along the pleasant promenade by the sea.
