This beautiful penthouse apartment overlooking the sea has three bedrooms (one en suite with spa bath), two bathrooms and a kitchen open to a spacious living room with access to a large terrace of 30 m2, which offers a view to the marina of L`Escala and of the bay of Roses. There is elevator and a parking space. The wonderful communal area has a large pool. This apartment is perfect for wonderful family holidays by the sea! Is situated just 200 meters from the sandy and shallow beach, its ideal for children. In total in the apartment can sleeps 6 people (2 double beds and 2 single bed)
