Property information

The apartment is of a modern design and with innovative lighting. Perfect for 4 people to enjoy a few days .. It is a spacious apartment with a typical American kitchen that turns it into a great room. Breakfast service included as a gift or gift: Which includes a carton of milk, per night, nespresso coffee capsules per day and per person staying, envelopes of cocoa powder, envelopes of sugar and tea, 1 sobao per person, and 1 envelope of cookies also per person. By way of personal attention, not included in the price and free for the stay. The modern furniture design makes it special, it also has innovative lighting. The decoration with some sheets of landscapes from La Rioja give it a nice touch. It is what you can find in our beautiful region. It is prepared to come in pairs of friends, in family especially and only for guests.

Neighbourhood information

Very central apartment, 7 minutes of quiet walk from Laurel street. And 5 from the old town and 2 minutes from Gran Via, one of the main streets of the city. The area is very quiet and welcoming. The streets that surround it are very commercial, throughout the day they have a lot of life and there are two very close parks.
