This welcoming apartment of 52 m2 in the historic center is located in front of Echegaray Theatre and will make you live a true Malaga experience to the fullest. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. You will have a fully equipped holiday rental and a wide variety of bars, shops, and restaurants accessible on foot. Note: We manage this entire building and have multiple apartments available! If you are interested in renting more than one apartment for your stay and enjoying the convenience of having your whole group together, please contact us and we will provide more information. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.

The location of the apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep: - 1 minute on foot from Picasso Museum. - 2 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral. - 3 minute on foot from Plaza de la Merced. - 4 minutes on foot from La Alcazaba castle. - 12 minutes one foot from La Malagueta beach. A great variety of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences.
