Entering the apartment, on your left you will find the spacious fully equipped kitchen, which has a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and a dining table for 4 people. Past the kitchen, you are greeted by a cozy and spacious living-dining room that invites you to relax and is elegantly furnished with two comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a coffee table, a smart TV and a glass dining table for 4 people. This room has an abundance of natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the property's terrace and the lush garden. The covered terrace is spacious, well furnished and provides an atmosphere of peace and tranquility due to the fantastic green garden. It has a chill-out area with a coffee table and seating for 4 people, as well as a dining table, also with seating for 4 people. In addition, the terrace can be accessed from the master bedroom. The two bedrooms, like the entire property, share a cozy and classic style, accentuated by the design, furnishings, materials and colors used. The master bedroom has a double bed, floor-to-ceiling views of the garden, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, bidet and WC. The other bedroom has two single beds, and also an en-suite bathroom, with walk-in showers and WC. Both bedrooms have their own built-in closets, plenty of natural light and blackout curtains if needed. In addition, the apartment has private parking, high speed internet, centralized air conditioning/heating, washing machine, dryer, towels and bed linen to ensure a totally comfortable stay. The urbanization has two swimming pools (one of which is heated; open from 10:00 to 21:00 all year round, subject to availability variations), and also has direct access to the beach.

The property is located in the area of Casares Costa - on the coast between Estepona and Sotogrande and known for being an excellent vacation destination. The quiet and enigmatic Playa de las Piedras de la Paloma is only 200 meters away, as is the Bahia Beach Casares Restaurant, while the more lively Casares Beach is a 15-minute walk away - on it, the very popular El Chiringuito La Sal. Within a small radius there is also an abundant variety of urban restaurants, such as Restaurante Venta La Choza and BUA GARDEN. In addition, the apartment has direct access to the A7 freeway, allowing quick access (15 min drive) to Estepona and approximately half an hour to Puerto Banus and Marbella. The international airport of Malaga is less than an hour's drive away. If golf is your thing, the Doña Julia Golf Club and Casares Costa Golf are 2 km away, Estepona Golf 7 km, and the admired Finca Cortesin - 3 km.
