This two bedroom top floor, south facing holiday home with free private parking, accommodates 4 people. Situated in the Entregolf Urbanisation in a private street on the Costa Blanca between Torrevieja (Los Altos) and Orihuela Costa (Villamartin). Downstairs there is an all day sunny terrace with a large table and chairs for dining. The holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well equipped kitchen, which includes a washing machine and a oven, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a 50“ Smart TV with free English and German satellite channels as well as air conditioning in all rooms plus ceiling fans. The apartment boasts a large private roof solarium with a dining table, chairs, sunbeds, parasol, barbecue and panoramic views. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool and garden. No youth groups allowed. No parties allowed. No pets allowed. For check ins later than 10pm there will be an extra charge to be paid on site. There is no cleaning service during your stay. Bath towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included in the Price.
