Property information

Modern and design apartment, furnished with style and care, it is' perfect to enjoy a vacation in a quiet and wonderful area of the island. A wide and comfortable spiral staircase behind the main entrance door does not discover the wonder of the PENTHOUSE IN FRONT OF THE SEA. The accommodation space is made up of a wide open main room consisting of a living room-kitchen-dining room and a wonderful terrace with large sliding glass windows that open on its Totality turns the interior and exterior space into a single integrated room that creates an incredible atmosphere with the sunsets. The accommodation is also composed of a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another independent bathroom located near the entrance staircase, the living room and the main room are air-conditioned, the terrace has a removable awning that covers the entire terrace for the sunniest days creating a wonderful environment in the shade we can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the coast.
