It is a new project of 18 apartments located in a new build building with common areas and outdoor swimming pool. We love taking care of every detail to create unique rooms for our guests. A place with a premium location and equipped with the latest technology to offer the best possible experience. Our guest will have the independence of a fully equipped apartment with the comforts of an urban hotel, all in one.

Neighbourhood information

Alameda de Hércules is located in the heart of Seville. You can walk to all the main attractions of the city (cathedral, bullring, ...). It is one of the best places to taste the authentic sevillian gastronomy and feel the real soul of the city.
