The studio apartment has use of a community pool, which measures 30mtrs by 30mtrs. There is a deposit of 25 euros for the pool key. The studio apartment is completely independent of the main villa,. Please note: it is only suitable for 2 people. There is no space or facilities for three people. You will have full use of the terrace which encompass's the garden area. There is a BBQ solely for the use of the guests, should you wish to use it. Plus an outside kitchen, with microwave. We do not allow pets at the apartment.
Hi, this is the first year we have hosted our studio apartment. My partner and I are very excited to share this wonderful space. We live above the studio apartment so any questions you have regarding things to do, places to eat and visit please feel free to ask.
The surrounding area is very quiet and relaxed. There is a supermarket within walking distance as are a couple of restaurants and bars. It is approx 4 kms to Moraira which has an abundance of bars and restaurants. There is a great music bar called SAXO which has live music every evening early doors. For late night music there is Floridita again in Moraira.
