Áureo Rural welcomes you with seven recently constructed wooden houses, your new home away from home. Each spacious 100 square-meter house comes equipped with everything you might need, no matter how long your intended stay is. You can park right next to the house you have booked, free of charge. For those of you who prefer to travel in a mobile home, we offer ten plots, each connected to electricity and to a source of running water. You also have a place to dispose of the brown water which accumulated during your trip. Apart from all this, we provide changing rooms and showers, and everything mentioned is included in the price of the plot you have booked. If you need to do a bit of shopping, you can purchase items from the small shop available at reception. As you would expect, we have considered that people might want to experience the local cuisine from the ancient and beautiful region of Murcia. We have a cafeteria open every day, to start the morning off with some tapas (delicious food samples), fresh coffee or toast. At lunch you can enjoy our menu of the day for a convenient price. And if it´s football night, you can have a beer or two and watch it on our big screen TV. For the people who seek the restaurant experience, we open the doors of our restaurant each weekend, Friday to Sunday, as well as during all Spanish national holidays. You can choose from our á la carte menu, our special selection of local meat and wine, or our exquisite seafood, in an intimate and elegant atmosphere. Of course, we have already taken into account your need for entertainment. We have a spa open all year round, where you can enjoy our big swimming pool and our steam room. Also available throughout the year is our gym and our game room. During the summer, you can try our big swimming pool. Apart from this, we have a children´s play area, a minigolf course, an outdoor padel court, as well as a court where you can play handball, football or basketball.

We are located in a very beautiful natural area and hiking trails or donkey rides can be organized for those interested. The nearest town to Áureo Rural is Abarán, known as the gateway to the Ricote Valley. It has a bullring, the Cervantes theater, the Ermita de los Santos Médicos (Church of the Holy Unmercenaries), from where you can see a splendid panorama of the Sierra del Oro and the Sierra de Ricote, as well as having the Church of San Pablo and the Noria Grande de Abarán (Big Water Mill of Abaran). The Noria Grande is the beginning of the route of the water mills, a path that begins in the Parque de las Norias and runs through orchards, a riparian forest and representative elements of a culture deeply molded by the water, on both banks of the Segura River. The nearest town is Cieza, famous for its vibrant festive calendar. Apart from that, we have superb views in nearby towns, such as Blanca or Archena. It is Archena that has the famous thermal complex of 200,000 square meters, known as Balneario de Archena, whose history begins in the fifth century BC and is presently considered one of the best spas in Europe. Apart from this, Áureo Rural is 40 kilometers away from the capital Murcia, a vibrant city with a long history, beautiful architecture and many events.
