Welcome to this beautiful apartment with shared pool in Sant Joan d'Alacant. It can accommodate up to 5 guests. Outside the apartment you will find a refreshing chlorine pool of 7mx5m and has a depth of 0.90 to 2 meters. There is also a pool for the little ones of 3mx5m. There is a lawn area where you can sunbathe or cool off in the outdoor shower. Please note that privacy is partial. At the entrance to the flat you will find a terrace with two tables and chairs where you can eat with your companions while enjoying the tranquillity of the area. Inside the apartment there is a simple and cosy style. The air-conditioned living-dining room with TV is open to the gas kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the flat there are 3 bedrooms: the first one with two single beds and wardrobe, the second one with a double bed and direct access to a small terrace equipped with a table and four chairs. The last bedroom has a single bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair. The swimming pool is open from 10am to 3pm and from 5pm to 10pm. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
