Villa Tia Joanaina is an exciting, brand new property uniquely located just a couple of steps away from the beach and shops of Puerto Pollensa. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning (For the comfort of our guests, air-conditioning is available and included in the price between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am.) and a large private pool, this villa is a true gem in the most sought after location. A car is not required and you will have all the necessary facilities virtually at your doorstep! Outside, the most unique feature for a house in this location, is the incredibily large swimming pool. Is provided with a sunbathing terrace with sunbeds perfect for relaxing under the sun. But with the perfect sandy beach at your doorstep, the choice will be hard: pool or beach? We will send you a link from our bank where you will be able to pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory.

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines

If keys are lost or left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, closer to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for all guests to register.
