Beautiful peaceful apartment, renovated with all the comforts in a modern design, is located 100 meters from the famous beach of dunes of Playa del Inglés so you can be there in just 3 minutes walking! The flat is fully equipped with air conditioning, wi fi, swimming pool, terrace, smart TV, hair dryer, coffee machine, boiler... It's also very close to the main amenities of the town, supermarkets, Yumbo center, shopping centers, restaurants... You can reach us easily by bus or by car.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the heart of Playa del Inglés, really 3 minutes walking far from the beach of Playa del Inglés and less than 1 kilometers from the famous Beach of Dunes. Less than 5/10 minutes walking you can reach all the facilities like bars, restaurants, pharmacy, Yumbo Center, bus stop etc... The closest airport is 15 minutes by car and it's called Las Palmas Airport (LPA)
