Studio located in a privileged area. Spectacular sea-mountain sunsets. Terrace 10th floor with views of the sea and the Sierra. It has been completely renovated in March (floor, walls, bathroom, kitchen, ...). All purchased new (smartTV, fridge, washing machine, Dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, ...). Bed (135x190) and brand new sofa bed also (120x188). Newly installed cabinets. Huge garden with 4 swimming pools with slides1 for children with coffee bar pool.
I'm Javier Bueno, teacher in a High Shool. I rent my apartment, which is a little gem. It has a good feature which is to have no late-hour arrival charges as it has a 24-hour reception. It is renovated in the month of March and everything is bought new (appliances, bedding, furniture, wardrobes, kitchen, doors). Do not hesitate to book it and I will be happy to serve you and offer you the best conditions of kindness and hospitality. Don't think twice that few places better located will find and with better services, apart from the beauty and climate of the place
Ideal for weekly or monthly bookings. Train station of proximity to the airport and Malaga 1.3 km. Beach at 350 m. Large swimming pools (there are 4 large pools and one small) and shaded gardens and lawns with rental of hammocks. Water zoo SeaLife less than 1 km. Parque de la Paloma (gardens, lakes, animals, bars-cafes, ...) 200 m. Marina marina 1 km. Car rental, taxi stop at the door, laundry facilities, take-away food, breweries and tapas bars (not only for tourists) and several large supermarkets just 100 meters away. Reception 24h as if it were a hotel. Everything is very easy, from the arrival at the airport and its direct communication with the town by train, to the amount of services in one of the best areas of Europe for tourism.
