The indoor pool is heated from November to April.
Please note that full board rates include meals in the following order: lunch on the day of arrival, dinner and breakfast. Drinks are not included. If you expect to arrive after 16:00, please inform the hotel in advance. Guests arriving after 4:00 PM will receive dinner, breakfast and lunch. Check out time is 12:00. Please note that the bed type preference for the double or twin room is only confirmed upon arrival. Please note that the rates published on December 25 and 31 include a mandatory fee for gala events taking place on those nights.

The Benidorm Plaza hotel accepts pets and service animals.
