IS a very beautiful cosy functional aparment idel for couples, friends and families with one or two children the apartment is sited on the ground floor with a beautiful sea front view. You have a terrace to eat in front of the beach and gardens with trees. the a the beach is at only 2 minutes on foot Almadrava Beach is one of the most beautiful landscapes in Roses Bay, You have direct front sea beach view There is possibility of parking on the nearby on the street for free. You have a grocery and small supermarket at 10 m from the apartment there are a few stairs to reach before you are at the terrace of the apartment. You have a double bedroom, with one double bed of 150 cm. In the living you find a nice sofa bed for two people a shower in the toilette. And a confortable and nice kitchen to cook wiht his oven, microwave, stove, fridge, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine...

the area is calm nice sorrounded by trees and gardens, is very beautiful and cosy ideal to spend your time in front of the beach hearing the birds lookig to the sea,
