It is located on the seafront promenade of Cadiz, on the Playa de la Victoria, considered the best beach in Europe and close to very prestigious restaurants. The flat has 108m2, is located on a 1st floor with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. One of the bedrooms has a very comfortable 150x200cm bed and the other has two single beds. In the living room there is a double bed with a 90x190cm mattress. In addition, the flat has two bathrooms with shower equipped with hairdryer; independent kitchen equipped with everything you need to spend a fabulous time with your loved ones and a wonderful terrace with direct views of the beautiful Playa de La Victoria and its promenade. Don't worry about the sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made up. In the flat you will also find iron for clothes, cot and cot linen (if you let us know in advance) and hoover. 🆔📄 Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes). 📲 This flat has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and is opened with your mobile phone so, if you check-in online, you won't have to go through our office at all!
