We know the island and all its secrets: coves, paradisiacal beaches, our favorite restaurants, mountain routes and special places to visit. Do not hesitate to ask for our help. This old Factory from the XIX century has just been renovated into a stylish and very high standard Hotel. Quiet, comfortable and very spacious, 2 floors with lift and awesome roof top terrace with pool. The purest Mediterranean Stately style building. Can Blau is an enclosure of rest and tranquility in the pure old town Palma, fusion of antiquity completely reformed conserving the authentic mediteranean character.

Neighbourhood information

It is located in a nice pedestrian square with quite atmosphere and no traffic, so you will discover a isolated oasis at the heart of Palma old town. All the historical sights palaces, museums and art galleries are within walking distance, not forgetting the impressive Cathedral. Surrounding the apartment are many services, a Premium supermarket 30 mts away, nice and trendy restaurants. Vegetarian options not far from the building, specialised cafeterias, .. The neighbourhood is called Sa Gerreria and if famous by the Tapas bars all around the small streets. 2 of the most known shopping streets are 50 mts far Carrer Sindicat and Carrer Sant Miquel.
