Property information

This fantastic villa, located in Es Canutells, in a privileged enclave, welcomes 6 guests. The exterior of the house is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There, you will find a garden with fruit trees and a private chlorine swimming pool of 10 x 4 m and a depth varying between 1 m and 2 m, around which you can relax on the sun loungers. In addition, there are two terraces and a porch with barbecue and sea views and tables where you can enjoy a meal or a drink with your companions. The property is enclosed and the privacy is total. The interior of the two-storey house has been designed to give you the rest you deserve. In this case, all the rooms are on the main floor, as the lower floor is closed. Thus, you will find a living-dining room with fireplace and Smart TV, ideal to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent, runs on gas and has everything you need to cook comfortably. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms, all with fans. Two of them have 2 single beds each, while the third has a bunk bed. Two bathrooms with shower serve this floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. In the garage there are sets of rackets, balls, etc. at your disposal. The house does not have a set of pool towels.

Neighbourhood information

The location of this accommodation is unbeatable, as it is in a quiet, family-friendly area with all the facilities for you to enjoy an independent stay. A short distance away there is a sports area with free access, where you will find a football pitch, several tennis courts, basketball courts and a beach volleyball or badminton court. Cala Es Canutells, with its magical crystalline waters in which to explore the seabed, is only 150 m from the house. In addition, this area also has a jetty and a beach of fine white sand. On the other hand, this small urbanization has access to the Camí de Cavalls, a path with more than 20 different and independent stages, perfect to explore both the coast and the interior of Menorca. If you feel like it, you can visit Mahón, the island's capital, as it is only a few kilometres away.
