Parking spaces are available on the property. Check-in is permitted exclusively for guests aged 25 and above. Pets, parties, events and smoking inside the loft are strictly forbidden. Music is not allowed after midnight according to the municipal ordinance. The loft must be clean upon check-out and no rubbish left behind.
