Property information

Great chalet with private pool in the coastal area of Badia Blava, perfect for 6 guests. The exterior area of this lovely beach house is really cosy, mainly because of the great chlorine pool that sizes 12 x 5 metres and with a water depth that ranges from 1.4 to 2.2 metres, ideal for a cool swim after sunbathing on one of the 6 sun loungers or after a long day at the beach. You will also find an exterior shower. There is a furnished area next to the pool with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast or a good meal cooked on the gas barbecue. The glass terrace is perfect to have a great evening. From the terrace you access the house where you will find the kitchen equipped with a gas stovetop, oven, a table with chairs and much more. Then you enter the living - dining room where you can relax while watching the TV or chat while cooling down with the AC. There are three bedrooms with a double bed, a closet and a fan each but one with AC and an en-suite shower bathroom. There is a second bathroom with a tub for the rest of the house. A baby cot and high chair also are available. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are located on the terrace.

Badia Blava is a quiet coastal urbanisation, a fantastic residential area for those who love the sea and the beach. The nearest sandy beach is the one in s'Arenal although the sea, its impressive cliffs and crystalline waters are just a short walk away from the house. Cala Blava is also a small beautiful cove near the house and worth a visit. From the house you will have an easy access to all the Bay of Palma and all its never-ending services. Not only in the area but also in the city of Palma, mainly, you will find great restaurants and bars, supermarket, shops,etc,...Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
