Our mission is to give people more then just a room. We want to help creating memories. Our goal is to have guests coming back over and over again to Burriana and Villa Carmen, just because they love it! Our planet and environment is a dear question to us. We want to help reduce the climate impact. Therefor our bathroom product has the ecolabel certification. We serve locally grown and organic vegetables and fruits on our organic breakfast. We choose organic materials in our beddings and as far as it is possible in all our articles. We use eco-friendly suppliers that take responsibility on their transports.

Property information

We are a small unique boutique bed and breakfast located in sunny Nerja. You find us just 7 min walk from Burriana Beach, a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere at Carmen Rooms. From Carmen it's only 20 min walk to Balcon de Europa and Nerja Centro.

Neighbourhood information

Burriana is the area in Nerja where you find Villa Carmen. The area buzz with turism all year around, but really blooms out from April to October. With a peak in July and August. Playa Burriana is a beautiful beach is the most popular one among turists and locals. The beach is 500 meters and the front has plenty of restaurants and cafés. Even shops and bakery fits. The street is single way and therefor a lot less busy with cars than many other beaches. Walking to the beach is easy, but the way back might be steep. Luckily you find Villa Carmen just in the beginning of the hill, so no need to worry!
