The bungalow is best suited for summer, as it has no heating. The property features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for privacy and comfort, plus the bungalow with an extra bathroom. The fully equipped private kitchen is the heart of the house. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, fan, washing machine, dedicated workspace, private jacuzzi, and step-free access both inside and at the entrance. A cot is available, and there’s a games room ideal for both children and adults. Outside, you'll find a large private garden surrounded by cork oaks, pines, and native vegetation, with 3 open terraces and mountain views. The private outdoor pool is perfect for relaxing, and you can cook outside with a wood-fired and a gas barbecue. The chill-out area is ideal for unwinding in nature. Parking includes 4 shared spaces on the property and more spaces available on the street. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Events are not permitted. The location is ideal, just 10 minutes by car from the best beaches of the Costa Brava, such as Calella, Llafranc, Tamariu, Begur, and Pals, as well as charming inland villages like La Bisbal and Madremanya.
