A exceptionally bright and sunny two bedroom apparent located in this 18th century building at the hearts of hearts in this beautiful old city of Cadiz for which they say that is the ¨oldest city¨ in Europe. This first floor apartment offers a double living/dinning room, a spacious kitchen breakfast room with direct views at the square and at the old Church of San Antonio, two double bedrooms and one bathroom with the walk in shower. The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard with lots of its original features kept such as all of the original large wooden shutters, beams, antique tiling etc. Underground parking is available at the same square, (at the extra cost), making it very convenient to park ¨just below¨the building.

Very warm-hearted Spanish lady called Candy is running the apparent and making check ins and check outs and helps with any situations that may arise with smile.

Located in the oldest square of Cadiz, all the amenities, galleries, churches and museums are at the short walking distance. Candy speaks Spanish and English.
