It is located on an island with unique architecture. it’s an unusually beautiful place around it. You will live in a 7-minute walk to the central beach, all shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The town of Empuriabrava is the pearl of Catalonia and the Costa-Brava, often called the Spanish Venice. It’s unique because of its location around of a network of artificial canals and it’s the largest marina in Spain for private yachts and boats. Empuriabrava beach is marked with “blue flag” - a standard of quality and safety.
